This wine is a loyal representative of Cebreros grenache, highlighting freshness and acidity. Scrubland, aromatic plants and minerality tones are characteristic of this area. It is elaborated in small capacity tanks, with a strict temperature control and a percentage of whole bunch depending on the vintage. Malolactic fermentation, aging in 300 liter French oak barrels, second and third use. ONLY 2,700 bottles produced.
