KITTL Gruner Veltliner Single Vineyard
Selection of the best physiological ripe grapes; crushed; skin contact for 12 hours; pressed; fermented and stored in Stainless steel tank; Batonage for 8 months. Vintage 2015 was a really special Harvest! Kittl grapes have been picked by hand so that we get only the best and the ripe grapes into the cellar. Intensive yellow with greenish hues; the nose remindes on ripe pear with a hint of honey; herbal spice to some pepper notes to ripe fruit aromas; plenty of stuffing; powerful finish; goes very well with any kind of meat; fit´s perfect to the asian cuisine especially curry dishes. ONLY 2,800 bottles produced.
