AOC MEDOC 57% Merlot, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Cabernet Franc. Leaf-plucking & shoot thinning, green harvesting (one grape per cane), sustainable treatments and amendments. Thermo regulated stainless steel and concrete tanks. Pre fermentation maceration during 2 days, cuvaison during 4 to 5 weeks after alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in oak.
